New this year, we are offering 45-minute obstacle schooling sessions Friday afternoon from 12 to 3:45 PM.

An entry form is invalid unless it is fully completed and has all the proper signatures, membership numbers, and horse information. Each entry form must have proper signatures. An adult must sign for any junior rider. 

A late fee will be assessed for entries postmarked after the closing date. 

Youth exhibitors must be 17 or under at any time during 2025. Youth exhibitors must indicate their date of birth on the entry form, and a parent or guardian must sign for the Youth exhibitor. 

Photocopy of a negative Coggins test, dated within 2 years, must accompany the entry form. 

A 30-day certificate of veterinary inspection (CVI) is required for all horses arriving from outside New York. You must be able to produce these documents upon request and arrival. 

Each show is limited to 20 entries. Additional entries will be waitlisted.
